Previously on The Mannamong: Kali woke in a strange world and mistook the first mannamong she saw for her mother. Now, she realizes she’s not alone — and the spiritual realm is very much alive.

Kali looks surprised as she accidentally bumps into a grumpy, fox-like mannamong who scolds her, “HEY! Watch the tail, missy!” She then notices she’s surrounded by a variety of colorful, strange mannamong — some friendly, some curious, some silly. They all inhabit the lush flower field. The floating spirit from before asks gently, “How are you feeling? All better?” Kali replies, still unsure, “I… think so…?” — All characters, storylines & artwork are © Michael Adam Lengyel.
