Previously on The Mannamong: Kali awoke in a field of strange beauty and mistook the first spirit she saw for her mother. Now, the spirit responds — and the real conversation begins.

A playful spirit resembling a small woman with leafy attire, horn-like appendages, and a glowing presence gently floats down to Kali. She winks and presses a finger to her lips, saying, “Sorry, hon. Not quite.” Kali stares in surprise.
